Martino Matijević, Founder
Having graduated with a degree in Marketing Management, Dorifor's founder, Martino Matijević, started his career as Marketing Consultant for the City of Nice in France. With a passion for design and programming, he quickly realised the importance the Internet plays as a marketing/business tool, touching on all elements of the Marketing Mix.
He then trained as Web Developer with the European Commission in Brussels and spent years working for a growing new-media company in Manchester, UK on important accounts such as Kelloggs, Sainsbury's, Schwarzkopf, Alfred McAlpine, Halifax Insurance, William Hill and JD Williams and developing high-volume, interactive, database-driven, multilingual, international websites, such as LateRooms, Orange and Voila.
Dorifor is also the parent company behind four major online businesses, TaxationWeb - the UK's leading independent tax website (itself the parent company behind TaxBookShop), eTaxJobs - global tax jobs portal, WhichBudget - a budget travel website and TheTravelMagazine - the online version of the glossy print magazine.
